I’ve found that the different tools and resources from the TakingITGlobal site really attracted the kids, so I thought it would be good to use the TIG and TIGed tools to get the kids started on thinking about the global community and caring about the planet and caring for other people. We’ve only just touched the surface with the possibilities, so this year, I want to use TIGed to go a lot further and expand into the global community. I remember stating in a past survey that TIG is an unending miracle in my life; and I still stand by my words. TIG has done so much for me and my community by extension and I believe it is still doing more. I am very grateful.

I get inspired by successful women, female academicians, female philanthropists and youths that spend their time doing genuine volunteerism at the grassroots level.
I get encouraged when I meet or read about young people who try to be better at what they lay their hands on.
I get touched when I see/read about young people with great visions and dreams. Especially those that aspire to become a voice unto our generation.
